Thank you for your interest in my original botanical art.  Due to the delicate nature and unique characteristics of each piece, I do not accept returns or offer refunds.

I take great care in accurately representing my artwork through detailed descriptions, high-quality photographs, and dimensions provided on the product page. Please review all information carefully before making a purchase. I encourage you to reach out with any questions you may have about a specific piece prior to placing your order. I'm happy to provide additional details or images to help you make an informed decision.

In the unlikely event that your artwork arrives damaged during shipping, please contact me within 48 hours of receiving your order. To process a claim for shipping damage, please provide clear photographs of the damaged packaging and the damaged artwork. I will work with you and the shipping carrier to find a suitable resolution, which may include a repair (if feasible) or a replacement with a similar piece if available.

Please note: Variations in color and texture may occur due to the handmade nature of the artwork and differences in monitor displays. These minor variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for a return.
